- From Route 128
Exit Route 128 at Route 135. Proceed through Needham and Wellesley. After entering Natick take left at first set of lights onto Union Street. MetroWest Medical Center will be the first two rights. Take the second right to get to the Medical Office Building.
- From Route 9
Exit Route 9 onto Route 27 South (Natick). Proceed to downtown Natick taking left onto Route 135. At next set of lights turn right onto Union Street. MetroWest Medical Center will be the first two rights. Take the second right to get to the Medical Office Building.
- From Mass Pike
Take Exit 13 (Rte. 30 Natick). Bear left on exit ramp following Route 30. Take a right onto Route 27 South to downtown Natick. Take left onto Route 135. At next set of lights turn right onto Union Street. MetroWest Medical Center will be the first two rights. Take the second right to get to the Medical Office Building.
